Анотація

Problem. In the context of limited traffic space of urban transport flows, setting limits on the permissible environmental impact is of particular importance. In this regard, studies in the field of determining the structure of criteria, which base on the regularities of the transport impact on the environment, and on the formation of ecological characteristics of transport flows, are undoubtedly relevant. Goal. The goal is systematization the information according to the ecological aspects of the traffic flows, formation of quantitative function of traffic flows’ ecological danger and operational assessment criteria of the measures effectiveness degree for the urban network. Methodology. Fundamental relationships between the parameters of the traffic flow, which indicate its status at a given time or in specified traffic conditions have to be the basis for the calculation of the environmental characteristics of transport flows and based on it criteria for assessing the level of man-caused load on the environment. For improving the accuracy of calculations of environmental characteristics of transport flows, determining the mechanism of occurrence of significant errors that occur in these calculations is necessary. Results. The theory of dimension is the most convenient for solving the formulated problem. Using this mathematical apparatus in the first stage of research will significantly reduce the complexity of calculations. The criterion for assessing the level of man-caused load should have a dimension () for the reliable description of the mechanism of the negative impact of transport flows on the environment obtained during the research. Originality. This conclusion can be used as a function of control of the reliability of the conducted researches during the mathematical modeling of the constructing the ecological characteristics of urban transport flows. Practical value. The practical value is the prompt solution of the optimal planning problems and optimal organization of road transport systems functioning in terms of ecology in any city, taking into account the specifics of development of its car fleet and street and urban network
